How to Navigate Your Succly Customer Portal
Managing your Succly subscription is easy once you know where to look. Here is a quick walkthrough to help you access your customer portal and make any updates you need.

How to sign in to your customer portal

Go to account.succly.com

Enter the email address you used when you signed up

You will receive a six-digit code sent to that email

Enter the code and click Submit
That is it. You are now signed in.
What you can do inside your portal
Once logged in, click Manage Subscription. From there, you can:

View upcoming orders

Review past orders
-
Add products to your subscription

Update your shipping address
-
Update your credit card or payment method (if you use shop pay see below)

Skip a month
-
Pause your subscription

Cancel at any time
Skipping vs pausing explained

Skipping only skips the next upcoming month. After that, your subscription resumes as normal. You can confirm this by checking your upcoming orders, which will show that the next month is skipped.

Pausing stops future shipments entirely until you log in and resume.
Shop Pay
If you use Shop Pay as your payment method and are unable to update your card inside your customer portal, please reach out to us directly. Shop Pay manages payment details separately, and sometimes cards can be automatically removed or revoked if they expire or are reissued by your bank.
We can send you a secure link that allows you to safely update your Shop Pay payment method. Once it’s updated through that link, we’ll sync it to your subscription on our end.
Since Shop Pay payment information is not updated inside the customer portal, contacting us first is the quickest way to get everything reconnected.
