Built on family, grown with heart
Ryan grew up in the greenhouses, learning the craft from his dad, a lifelong grower who passed down not only his knowledge, but the values that still guide us today; grow with care, never cut corners, and always put plants and people first.
In 2012, Ryan’s dad passed away after a battle with cancer. It was a heartbreaking season for the entire family, and it was also a turning point. With so much on her shoulders, Ryan’s mom couldn’t keep the operation going on her own and we stepped in to carry it forward and keep the farm alive.
From long drives to a bigger mission
In the early days, our work was mostly wholesale which meant long drives, early mornings, and constant hustle (including hauling plants across states like Arizona and Nevada in a semi).
We loved what we did, but we also knew we wanted to build something more sustainable for our family and something bigger than just the regions we could physically deliver to.
That’s when the original 2015 idea came rushing back:
What if we could ship our farm-grown succulents directly to customers… anywhere?
The concept spent years being shaped behind the scenes, through hands on industry experience and collaboration that taught us what truly works when it comes to shipping plants safely and creating a memorable unboxing experience.
Then in 2025, we finally brought Succly to life independently, building it exactly the way we always envisioned, rooted in family, quality, and heart.
And that’s how Succly was born.
What makes Succly different
Every Succly box is created by us, from start to finish. We handpick every succulent from our ten thriving greenhouses, using over a decade of hands-on growing experience and deep knowledge of variety, seasonality, and care to make sure every box is filled with plants that are truly healthy and ready to thrive.
When you order from Succly, you’re not just getting a box of cute plants.
You’re getting a piece of our farm, a bit of our story, and a whole lot of love.
Welcome to the Succly family. 🌿
