SHIPPING POLICY

At Succly, we ship fresh from our farm to your front door because happy plants do not like to wait.

Billing & Processing

Your subscription is billed on the date you originally signed up and renews monthly on that same date. If your billing date does not occur in a given month, your renewal will be processed on the last day of that month.

Once billed, orders are packed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

Shipping Timeline

After your box leaves our farm, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Transit times may vary due to weather, carrier volume, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We do not guarantee delivery on a specific date.

Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS with tracked shipping. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, Succly is not responsible for carrier delays.

Delivery Responsibility

Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Succly is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

If you experience a delivery issue, including lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages, you must contact us within three (3) calendar days of the marked delivery date so we can initiate a carrier investigation.

Weather & Shipping Holds

Because we ship live plants, we may delay shipments during extreme weather conditions to protect plant health. Shipping timelines may be adjusted at our discretion for the safety of your plants.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories. Shipping times and rates may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Succly is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.  Orders delivered to the address entered at checkout are not eligible for refund due to address errors.

If an address cannot be verified or is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you via email. Orders will not ship until the address is confirmed.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

If no response is received within three (3) business days regarding an address issue, the order may be canceled at our discretion.

We care deeply about our customers and may offer courtesy accommodations at our discretion. These accommodations are one-time exceptions and do not modify or override our policies.
