Shipping FAQ

When do you ship orders?

We ship orders Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Weekends are reserved for watering and plant care, and we cannot ship plants while the soil is wet because that can cause rot and damage during transit. This step is critical to keeping your plants safe and healthy.

How long does shipping take?

Outside of the holiday season, most boxes arrive within 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

During holiday peak shipping periods, delivery times may be longer due to USPS delays that are outside of our control. While many boxes still arrive within 3 to 5 days, some may take longer during these high-volume times. We understand how frustrating that can be and truly appreciate your patience.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes. Every order comes with full tracking. As soon as your box ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What carrier do you use?

We currently ship using USPS. Once your package is scanned into the USPS system, delivery timing and routing are managed by them. While we always ship promptly and carefully, we do not have the ability to control delays, routing changes, or missed scans once USPS has your box.

Why can’t you ship right after watering?

Succulents must have dry soil before shipping. Shipping plants while the soil is wet greatly increases the risk of rot, mold, and damage during transit. We water on weekends so plants can properly dry and safely travel during the week.

What if my tracking is delayed or looks confusing?

Sometimes USPS tracking may appear stalled, show unusual routing, or skip scans. This is common during busy shipping seasons. As long as your tracking is still active, your box is still moving through the network. If tracking ever appears completely stuck for several days, you are always welcome to reach out so we can investigate.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

We can update your address only if the order has not yet shipped. Once a package is in USPS hands, we are unable to reroute or change delivery information. Please double-check your address carefully before placing your order.

Do you ship during extreme weather?

We closely monitor extreme heat and freezing temperatures. In some cases, we may delay shipping briefly to protect your plants. If your area is experiencing severe weather conditions, transit times may also be impacted.

What if my box is marked “Delivered” but I do not see it?

Occasionally USPS marks packages as delivered a few hours early. We recommend waiting 24 hours and checking with neighbors or your local post office. If your box still does not appear, contact us and we will help you take the next steps.
