At Succly, we ship fresh from our farm to your front door, because happy plants (and people) shouldn’t have to wait!
Shipping Info:
• Orders ship 3–5 business days after billing
• Delivered within 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS
• Tracked shipping to all 50 U.S. states & territories
• Delivery times may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

Returns & Replacements:
Because we ship live plants, we can’t accept returns or exchanges. But we’re here to make things right with our Succly plant guarantee. If your plant arrives in poor condition, email customerservice@succly.com within 3 days with:
• A clear photo of the plant
• Your order number
• A brief note about the issue
We’ll send a replacement or refund, no worries.
Succly Plant Care
Our succulents are low-maintenance but love a little TLC:
• Light: Bright, indirect sunlight is best
• Water: Only when soil is fully dry, usually every 1–2 weeks
• Potting: Keep in well-draining soil with drainage holes
• Love: Rotate occasionally for even growth, and talk to them (they like compliments)
Every plant comes ready to thrive, just add a little sunshine and love!
